By using beautybrigadeconcierge.com or buying from Beauty Brigade Concierge ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

What we offer

We sell digital templates and resources that help wedding hair and makeup artists create intentional systems and a better client experience behind the scenes. Any 1:1 services are covered by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Digital products and license

When you buy a template, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may customize it for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publish it, including as part of another product, template, or course, and you may not present it as your own work. One purchase covers one business. We keep all intellectual property rights in our products.

Platform requirements

Our templates are designed around CRM workflows, including HoneyBook, and can be adapted to other platforms. You do not need HoneyBook to buy, but what you can build depends on the features of the platform you use, which you set up and pay for yourself. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and setup, and for confirming that a template works with your tools before you buy. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. Digital products are delivered electronically, by email or download link, after payment is confirmed.

Refunds

All sales of digital templates are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

No guarantee of results

Our products are organizational and educational tools. We do not promise any number of bookings, any amount of revenue, or any business result. Your results depend on your market, effort, and how you use the materials.

The included contract was reviewed by an attorney, but it is a template and not legal advice. The contract, emails, and other documents are samples only, and you should have them customized or reviewed by an attorney for your business and state. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe anyone's rights, or use our materials for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, copy, designs, and products belong to Beauty Brigade Concierge or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Third-party services

The site and our products may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
